We are a HK fund, looking for GPs, LPs, and investors, to co-invest in two red hot American opportunities: One, leasing and managing US industrial parks to relocate the Chinese factories from China, for them to make and sell not-labor-intensive industrial products directly in the US, to avoid the exorbitant tariffs; and two, building affordable homes for the 18 million young families.
