Haijie Yin

Mr. Yin is the Founder and Chairman of Luyi Industrial Development QFZ LLC (Qatar). He has fourteen years of extensive experience in the management and operation of China-Middle East trade and industrial sectors. He possesses deep insights into the business landscapes and regulatory frameworks of both sides. As a standing council member of the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC), he drives cross-border advanced manufacturing and green tech collaborations between China and the Middle East, he has played a pivotal role in establishing strategic platforms that promote bilateral economic cooperation and support the global expansion of Chinese enterprises. He leads the China-Qatar Luyi Industrial Park - Qatar's first and only China Qatar Cooperation Park. The project represents a strategic access point for Chinese companies entering the Middle East's emerging markets. Mr. Yin previously served as a strategic partner to Qatar Seashore Group, managing subsidiaries in sustainable materials and circular economy solutions.

尹先生是卡達路宜工業發展公司創辦人兼董事長。他擁有十四年跨國投資與貿易經驗，是中國-中東經貿合作領域的資深專家。

自2010年進入中東市場以來，尹先生致力於推動中亞經貿合作，不僅為當地引進了先進的管理理念和技術，還積極拓展了業務範圍。 2013年，他作為卡塔爾海濱集團（Qatar Seashore Group）的戰略合作夥伴，創立了包括Seashore Plastic和Seashore Reclaimed Rubber在內的多家專注於可持續發展與循環經濟的公司，相關業務透過創新技術將廢舊塑料和橡膠轉化為高附加值產品，不僅減少了環境污染，還為創造了大量就業機會。

作為中國國際商會常務理事，尹先生積極推動中國與中東國家在先進製造、綠色技術等領域的合作，推進了多個雙邊經貿的合作項目。由其主導開發的中卡路宜工業園，是卡塔爾首個中卡合作園項目，該園區為中國企業進入中東新興市場提供了戰略支點，吸引了眾多知名企業，促進了當地就業和經濟。同時，尹先生通過多次舉辦中卡企業家洽談會，搭建了雙邊企業合作的橋樑，助力中國優秀企業進入中東市場。
