Mohammed Ali Al-Asseri is the Chief Operating Officer of the Special Integrated Logistics Zone (SILZ), Saudi Arabia’s flagship logistics hub established under a royal mandate to power global trade and attract world-class businesses. With over 23 years of leadership experience spanning logistics, infrastructure, government services, and energy, he has played a pivotal role in organizational transformation and large-scale national projects. Prior to SILZ, he held senior leadership positions at the Water Solutions Company (PIF-owned), the Saudi Business Center, and Mashroat, where he drove strategic reforms, regulatory enhancements, and infrastructure excellence. He began his career at Saudi Aramco, progressing through technical and corporate leadership roles. His expertise in project management, public-private partnerships, and business transformation has positioned him as a leading voice in advancing Saudi Arabia’s logistics ecosystem in alignment with Vision 2030.
