Javier Camarena is the CEO and Co-Founder of Meor, a real estate development fund with over 16 years of history and more than $1.2 billion USD invested or under development. He has been involved in over 100 real estate transactions across Mexico and the United States, with significant experience throughout the full investment cycle.
Under his leadership, MEOR has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Mexico by Great Place to Work, and has received the GRI award for Best Industrial Project in the country in both 2023 and 2024. Javier was also named one of Mexico’s top CEOs by Great Place to Work.
He serves on the board of the Mexican Association of Private Industrial Parks (AMPIP), the leading organization representing nearly 95% of the country's industrial square footage. In addition to MEOR, Javier is a partner at ULIV, Mexico’s leading short-term rental company with over 1,000 units in operation, and is involved in businesses related to real estate brokerage, mortgage lending, and cannabis-focused real estate investment in the U.S. YPO Mexico member, Javier is based in Mexico City, originally from Guadalajara, and is an active father of three and passionate endurance sports enthusiast.
