Tom is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Nexsis, a climate technology company developing advanced solar thermal systems to decarbonise utility infrastructure. Based in Singapore, Nexsis is focused on delivering scalable, off-grid solutions that provide core human necessities, clean water and energy, through proprietary solar distillation technology.

With a background in corporate law and private equity, Tom brings a strategic and commercially grounded perspective to scaling deep tech ventures. He leads Nexsis’s global partnerships and go-to-market execution, bridging technical innovation with real-world deployment.
