Chrisina Jiang

Christina Jiang is Founding Partner of Wealth Pi Fund, with over 13 years’ experience in funds management, property finance, and capital raising across Australia. She serves as a Director at the Chinese Building Association of NSW, is former Chair of the Finance Committee at the Australia China Business Council (NSW), and Guest Lecturer in Property Finance at the University of Technology Sydney. Christina is recognised by the Hong Kong Australia Business Association with the 2023 NSW Fastest Growth Award and as a 2024 National Business Award Finalist and has been a lead sponsor and speaker at major international industry events, including the Asian Real Estate Society Conference 2025.

Wealth Pi Fund is a multi-award-winning Australian real estate investment manager specialising in debt and equity funding for residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Since 2017, the fund has delivered close to AUD $1B in transactions, including one of Australia’s first $150M bond backed by a pool of non-conforming real estate development loans secured by first mortgages, and works with global institutional partners and high net worth individuals to provide stable, asset-backed investment opportunities.
