Leo Chan is Executive Director of the Asia Chamber of America and founder of Virgo Partners and Hybrid AI Corporation. A graduate of Harvard Business School’s Business Analytics Program, he has more than 20 years of leadership experience in technology, international trade, investment, and business development. Leo works with businesses, investors, and public-sector leaders to promote U.S.–Asia trade, foreign direct investment, and cross-border partnerships. His expertise includes strategic planning, venture development, mergers and acquisitions, and supply chain initiatives.
