Julie Leung

I'm a third generation developer and seasoned reliability asset management engineer, with over 20 years of experience working in infrastructure development and world class security projects. Including estate infrastructure, open spaces, parks, and defence/security projects for major local and global players such as GHD, Mirvac, Landcom, Australian Government Department of Defence and the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (Sydney’s famous Opera House and The Rocks precinct).

My wide ranging experience has given me a unique understanding of what communities of all kinds need to thrive and grow, and the opportunities for flexible energy storage in our built and open environments.

That passion for better built environments and communities has driven Powerblocks, and our goal of clean energy storage that adds amenity and multi-functional use, whilst providing the world-leading safety and ease of installation and maintenance that communities expect from developers and public bodies.
