Dr. Micah Kamga Pankeu is the Founder and System Architect of Skyport Space Hub, a DeepTech infrastructure group developing integrated solutions across Urban Air Mobility, eVTOL aviation, Vertiport infrastructure, aerospace technology, intelligent transportation, digital systems and large-scale infrastructure development.
Skyport Space Hub is expanding its international platform across Hong Kong, China, Europe and Africa, combining aerospace and mobility technologies with industrial infrastructure, construction, energy and digital platforms.
The group is currently advancing its Hong Kong Exchange pre-IPO pathway under Chapter 18C and is now seeking the appropriate institutional partners and professional institutions to accompany Skyport through the final capital-markets stage, including sponsor banking, legal, accounting and related institutional support.
Dr. Pankeu is leading strategic investment, technology and infrastructure discussions across international markets, with a focus on connecting Asian technology and capital with European and African infrastructure opportunities.

Strategic objective:
To build Skyport Space Hub into an international DeepTech and infrastructure platform connecting China, Hong Kong, Europe, Africa and global capital markets.
Through Skyportspacehub™, he leads the design and deployment of turnkey infrastructure for next-generation urban air mobility and low-altitude economies, while holding extensive track records in hotel deployment, deeptech certification (NASA, UNOOSA, EU Space Academy), and strategic diplomacy between France, China, and the African continent.
In parallel to the Skyportspacehub Santé™ deployment, Bluebird Construction SAS holds a strategic infrastructure portfolio consisting of multiple high-value hotel and hospital development projects, backed by certified BOQs from AECOM. These include a €210 million château redevelopment in Villers-Cotterêts and two additional hospitality-medical projects in Cameroon totaling over €394 million. We are actively seeking strategic partnerships for these assets—specifically, (1) construction and engineering firms for execution, (2) hospitality groups for hotel management and operation, (3) hospital groups for long-term medical operator anchoring, and (4) medical and facility equipment suppliers. These projects are sovereignly owned, shovel-ready, and can serve as diplomatic bridges between France, Africa, and Asia under the same unified holding strategy.
