项目背景：项目负碳技术被国际权威组织定义为本世纪必须攻克的前沿性技术，，是全球碳中和的重要技术支撑。合远生物质自供能清洁制备“材料-能源“一体化负碳技术装备制造项目（又称””两自（自清洁、自供能）一体化（碳化活化连续生产）负碳技术装备）， 为国家科技重大专项成果的工程化转化，经过近2年测试，项目于2024年11月通过工信部成果评价，2025年3月入国家发改委创新项目库，2025年7月预审通过长三角一体化高质量发展科技支撑计划。
零碳绿色能源中心建设内容：
（一）零碳能源中心三大产物：碳材料、碳能源、碳中间体全部消纳；原料供给充足。
（二）零碳能源中心建设方案：合远负碳技术装备生物质综合利用项目投建方案分析报告(另附)。 本项目利用合远负碳技术装备部署零碳能源中心分二期工程建设，其中1期工程年消纳毛竹颗粒料12万吨，可以年产前体碳4万吨，其中：吸附材料前体碳3.5万吨、电化学材料前体碳0.5万吨；中间体4万吨；生物质燃气（4000-4500大卡）可外输燃气年3570万Nm3。所有产出全部被下游产业链消纳。其中，碳电化学材料可以渗透产业链头部企业前10强。 阶段
