BlueMount Capital is mandated to assist Project eCommerce with selling up to 100% equity in the Company, allowing the current shareholders to exit over time.

The brick-and-mortar business is a profitable company with a strong 10-year track record and provides the infrastructure and framework to offer customised SaaS solutions to eCommerce stores in Australia.
