Project Doceo is a software company with a recurring SaaS revenue model, that provides workforce skills and training management for asset-intensive and highly regulated industries.
The Company’s platform provides software functionality across the entire process:

➢ Mobilisation and onboarding;
➢Training and competency assessment management;
➢Certification, authorisation, and site access;
➢Site compliance and skills development;
➢Use of innovative technology such as online/offline mobile apps and virtual reality (VR).
We have been appointed to assist Project Doceo in looking for a strategic partner and an investor to grow its current operations and take advantage of adjacent market opportunities, including overseas growth.
Key Highlights:
● SaaS software business model, once scale is reached ($2m revenue) gross profit margin is forecasted to be very high at 85%+;
● Providing a product for a known business problem that enterprises have an increasing appetite to resolve given the severe skills shortage;
● Once installed, the product is very sticky because it is embedded in core business processes – delivering a reliable and consistent revenue stream;
● Projected revenue growth is over 100% year-on-year for three years from 2025;
● Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is projected at 70% of total revenue;
● Strategic opportunity to leverage existing capabilities of an investor and expedite profitable business growth;
● Right product for the current market with both sector extension options and geographic expansion options.
