Mbuva Holdings & Sovereign Congress of African Leaders
About
Business Model & Value Proposition Design Mbuva Holdings (Pty) Ltd (operating partner) is a 100% black-owned South African logistics and commodity trading company specializing in mining transportation and now expanding into chrome beneficiation and exports, this in partnership with Sovereign Congress of African Leaders ((lead partner) located where geophysical, petrographical, and geochemical data indicate the presence of a large impact structure in the area around Morokweng. The proposed model integrates mine-to-export value chains, focusing on:
Procurement of a semi-new chrome processing plant (capacity: 2000 MT/day)
The plant will be dismantled and relocated to Morokweng, Northwest Province, South Africa, close to the Botswana border (23°32'E and 26°31'S).
End-to-end logistics with a fleet of tipper trucks (mine-to-plant) and LDVs (plant-to-export hub)
Sales via confirmed off-take agreements with local and international buyers (notably a German-listed company)
