About
- UK registered company developing 2 solar projects in Botswana.
- Project 1 is fully funded in which the UK Company holds 38.5%.
- Project 2 is shovel ready and will utilise available capacity at Botswana Power Corp. UK Group will hold 100% of Project 2.
- Each project will produce in excess of 100MW.
- 100% of VERs (carbon Credits) on bother projects accrue to UK Group Company (VW already signed a purchase agreement for VERs on Project 1.
- Will trade energy as part of the Southern African Power Pool (SAPP).
- Project 1 & 2 developed on 295ha of land.
- Commercial Operating Date – Q3 2026.
- Projected IRR of 21% to investor.
- Data Room will be available to prospective investors signing an NDA.
