We have successfully developed the world’s first tiger nut oat milk, known as TIGA MILK. This plant-based milk has received high market recognition. TIGA MILK combines three upgraded plant ingredients: tiger nuts, oats, and organic non-GMO soybeans. Utilizing patented research technologies from Hong Kong, we achieve an optimal nutritional ratio that enhances protein content without the need for added sugars. Additionally, it boasts rich antioxidant properties and high calcium content. Our patented enzymatic technology also ensures a creamy and smooth texture, making it a perfect complement to coffee and milk tea, offering consumers a healthier and elevated non-dairy choice.
Tiger nuts, which grow in sandy soils, contribute to mitigating desertification, improving air quality, and enhancing soil and water quality. By increasing tiger nut cultivation, we create a virtuous economic cycle for local farmers, benefiting both the environment and the community.
