Vaiu Kosova brings Vaiu Global’s Ephemeral Token engine to the Balkans, giving banks and merchants “cash-like” digital payments that clear instantly, protect credentials, and run on the rails they already own.
What Vaiu Kosova Does
Vaiu’s software issues single-use Ephemeral Tokens that are created, validated, executed, and then expunged in milliseconds, preventing stored-credential fraud and supporting real-time settlement at scale.
The engine can process “millions of tokenized payments per second,” giving banks a low-latency alternative to card or blockchain rails.

About me
I’m a fintech product and security leader at Unioni Financiar Prishtinë, where I guide Product Development and services and protect them as CISO. I love digging into problems, planning deeply, bench-marking the best methods, and building warm, inclusive teams that turn big ideas into solid products. Years of working with both technical and non-technical colleagues have made me fluent at translating business needs into clear engineering tasks, cutting confusion on every project.
Besides UFP, I ran Vaiu Kosovo, delivering a token-based digital-cash app. My career began in telecom with Kosovo Telecom and IPKO, spanning IT infrastructure, business-support systems, product strategy, technical sales and project management. Along the way I earned certifications in ITIL v4 and ISO 27001, and I keep a sharp focus on paytech, fintech and Banking-as-a-Service.
