About
Merkana is a cross-border sales enablement infrastructure. It helps merchants expand into new countries without having to build local operations from scratch. We combine product data localization, compliance, payments, logistics, and customer delivery into one integrated service, so brands can start selling abroad faster, with lower risk and lower upfront cost.
Instead of merchants needing separate providers for translation, tax setup, customs processes, warehousing, delivery, returns, and marketplace onboarding, Merkana connects all these functions through a single operational layer. This allows sellers to enter complex or underserved markets - where borders, customs, currencies, or fragmented logistics normally create barriers.
Our infrastructure includes localized product listings, merchant-of-record capabilities, cross-border order flow management, delivery to end customers, returns handling, and access to selected sales channels. In practice, this means a merchant can sell to customers in another country almost as easily as selling domestically.
