PARCEL.ONE, founded in 2017, is a global logistics provider specialising in cross-border B2C and D2C letter and parcel shipments.

At its German location in Pohlheim, shipments and returns from more than 1,000 senders from the EU and non-EU countries are processed on 12,000 square metres.

For each individual shipment, the best possible shipping combination is selected from over 500,000+ options after the geodata has been recorded. The optimal delivery service provider is determined from more than 48 connected last-mile carriers or networks, and the shipment is handed over to them.

This significantly reduces the organisational effort for shippers, brands and manufacturers in terms of providing the best possible service to recipients in the respective destination country.
