Iva Ludzheva

My name is Iva Ludzheva, and I have a background in International Trade, with a BSc ('13) and MSc ('15) from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), following my studies at the Gymnasium for Foreign Languages "Bertolt Brecht" in Pazardzhik ('09).

Since 2018, I’ve been freelancing as a virtual assistant, later transitioning into the role of Operations Manager. I manage a broad range of responsibilities, including business planning, vendor coordination, marketing, and overseeing daily operations. I’m also involved in market research, social media management, reporting, customer communication, order processing, and financial tasks.

Fluent in both English and German, I’ve recently focused on expanding our export activities and building international partnerships. I’m always eager to explore new opportunities for growth and improvement.
