Custom S.p.A. was founded in Parma, Italy, in 1992 by Carlo Stradi, with the ambition of creating technological excellence to meet the real needs of markets and customers.

Today, the Group comprises 10 companies with a global presence. Custom designs and delivers integrated hardware, software and service solutions—both standard and customized (ODM)—supporting technological innovation across a wide range of industries, including Retail, Payments, Transportation, Industry, Gaming and Logistics. The Group develops advanced technologies for printing, scanning, data capture and public service automation, combining mechatronic engineering and digital expertise into a single, integrated innovation platform.
