Partnership Request: Efficacy & Health-Impact Testing for Cosmetics, Aesthetic Procedures & Rehabilitation

Overview The Faculty of Health Care at Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution (VIKO) is seeking strategic partnerships with cosmetics manufacturers, beauty distributors, aesthetic medicine clinics, and rehabilitation centers. We bridge academic science and industry needs by providing contract testing, clinical-instrumental evaluation, and scientific publication support to substantiate product efficacy, safety, procedure performance, and health outcomes.

Whether you are formulating a new skincare line, evaluating the efficacy of in-clinic aesthetic treatments, or seeking scientific validation for rehabilitation protocols, therapeutic skincare, and physical recovery methodologies, our faculty offers the expertise and infrastructure to deliver reliable, evidence-based results.

What We Offer to Partners:

1. Non-Invasive Instrumental Testing (Courage + Khazaka electronic GmbH) We perform precise, objective measurements of skin physiology and tissue parameters before, during, and after product use, clinical interventions, or rehabilitation programs:

  • Skin Hydration & Barrier Integrity: Corneometry and Transepidermal Water Loss (TEWL) to evaluate moisturizing, barrier repair, and tissue recovery (essential for post-procedure care and rehabilitation skin integrity).

  • Elasticity & Biomechanical Properties: Cutometry to assess firming, anti-aging, tissue elasticity, and post-injury scar/skin recovery dynamics.

  • Sebum & Lipid Regulation: Sebumetry to monitor skin balance and specialized dermatological care formulations.

  • Pigmentation & Vascular Response: Mexametry for skin brightening, microcirculation assessment, and erythema (redness/inflammation/calming) tracking.

  • Microrelief & Surface Topography: Evaluation of skin smoothness, texture recovery, and scar tissue remodeling.

2. Customized Study Design & Protocols

  • Tailored testing methodologies adapted to topical cosmetics, beauty serums, nutricosmetics/supplements, aesthetic clinic protocols, or specialized rehabilitation and physiotherapy interventions.

  • Longitudinal study designs (short-term immediate impact and multi-week recovery tracking).

  • Formal testing reports suitable for Product Information Files (PIF), clinical evidence portfolios, and regulatory/marketing claim substantiation.

3. Scientific Publishing & Public Dissemination

  • Peer-Reviewed Publications: Drafting and co-authoring research papers for indexed scientific journals in health, dermatology, and rehabilitation sciences.

  • Media & PR-Ready Content: Evidence-based summaries, white papers, and expert articles for public media to build high consumer and patient trust.

  • Academic Representation: Expert presentations at industry conferences, symposiums, and partner events.

4. Clinical Practice & Talent Collaboration

  • Direct partnerships for student clinical internships and specialist recruitment across physiotherapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation, and medical cosmetology.

Who We Are Looking to Meet:

  • Cosmetics Manufacturers & Brand Owners: Seeking independent laboratory testing to validate formulas and substantiate performance claims.

  • Cosmetics & Skincare Distributors: Looking to provide local, scientifically substantiated proof of product efficacy to support market credibility and sales.

  • Aesthetic Medicine Clinics: Centers offering aesthetic treatments looking to objectively measure and validate procedure outcomes and skin health impact.

  • Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy Centers: Facilities seeking research partners to evaluate the efficacy of recovery procedures, therapeutic skin/tissue care protocols, or to collaborate on joint health projects and clinical internships.

  • Nutricosmetics & Supplement Producers: Brands developing products targeting skin health, joint/tissue recovery, and anti-aging.

We welcome bilateral B2B discussions to explore customized testing protocols, collaborative R&D opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
