FLOW is Urbanfood’s new line of clean-label functional food blends created for everyday wellbeing and modern lifestyle needs. The range includes products developed around areas such as gut-friendly nutrition, protein intake, mental performance, sleep routines, longevity, menopause, detox and weight-management routines.

FLOW products are made in Lithuania from carefully selected plant-based ingredients, including berries, vegetables, herbs, seeds, functional fibres, mushrooms and selected fermented ingredients. The formulations are designed as foods rather than food supplements, with a strong focus on natural composition, convenience and easy integration into daily routines.

We are looking for retail partners, distributors and health-sector organisations interested in introducing FLOW to new consumer groups and markets.
