AI & Data Science Consulting

AI and data science that works in practice, not only in slide decks.
We help startups and SMEs turn AI and data into real business results, and build the internal capability to keep it going. The practice is led by Jacky Ma, former Director of AI at a ~200-person Berlin tech company, with a background in ML for financial markets in Hong Kong.

Services

• AI implementation: identify the use cases that pay off, then build and roll out working solutions your team actually uses.

• Data science and ML advisory: many teams use AI tools well but lack DS expertise. We help frame business problems as data problems (forecasting, optimisation, experimentation, measurement), choose the right methods and review existing models.

• DS team setup: roles, hiring, first projects and ways of working for companies building their first data science team.

• AI enablement and training: practical workshops for leadership and teams, in English or Chinese.

Bridging Asia and Germany
Rooted in Hong Kong, based in Berlin, working in English and Chinese. We support Asian companies setting up or growing in Germany/EU, and German companies working with Asian partners. We can work with HQ and the local team in their own languages and business cultures.

How we work

• Fixed-price pilots: clearly scoped projects that go from use case to working result in weeks.

• Hourly or daily engagements: for customised, ongoing or specialised work.

• Remote-first, on-site in Berlin.

Focus sectors: Media & Advertising, Finance & FinTech, HR & Recruitment, and tech startups.
