About
Entering Germany is less about translation and more about trust, regulation and the right channels. I know this from both sides.
I spent six years in Hong Kong working as a designer and businessman, which is where I learned how Asian companies think, negotiate and build partnerships. Back in Germany, I founded LEEF Blattwerk, a Berlin company for compostable palm-leaf tableware with its own manufacturing in India, employing over 800 people. That meant managing Asian production, EU import and compliance, and German retail and B2B buyers all at once.
What I offer to Asian companies:
– Market entry strategy for Germany/DACH: positioning, pricing, target customers
– Building sales channels: e-commerce, marketplaces, distributors, B2B and retail
– Local representation: a German-speaking face for partners, customers and trade fairs
– Brand and marketing adapted to German buyers
– Help with regulatory basics (packaging law/EPR, labeling) and connections to the right specialists
Flexible models: project-based, fractional/interim growth lead, or ongoing representation.
