Co-Development Partnerships in Computational Drug Discovery and Gene Therapy

Neuralgap is seeking co-development partnerships with preclinical biotech companies, research organisations, and translational teams working on complex drug-discovery or gene-delivery programs.

We develop bespoke computational pipelines that combine explainable AI, structural modelling, molecular simulation, and biophysical analysis to help teams make better upstream R&D decisions before committing to costly experimental work.

Our current areas of focus include:

• AI-enabled drug discovery: virtual screening, molecular interaction analysis, candidate triage, and explainability for AI-generated predictions.

• Gene therapy: AAV capsid profiling, genome-packaging dynamics, pore and gate mechanics, and delivery-vector manufacturability risk.

• Program-specific computational modelling: custom workflows developed around a partner’s target, molecule, capsid, or therapeutic hypothesis.

We are particularly interested in partnerships where Neuralgap can operate as a computational co-development partner alongside an internal scientific team, with commercial structures ranging from project-based work and retainers to milestone- and royalty-linked collaborations.

Our existing work includes commercial co-development in the U.S. and validation collaborations with academic groups in the UK, Singapore, and Australia.
