Seeking Maritime Network Core-Team Member

Emission-Eye is looking for a highly credible maritime professional to join or closely support our core team as we prepare for pilot deployment and international commercialization.

We are particularly interested in someone with a strong network across the maritime sector, including shipping companies, shipowners, technical managers, fleet operators, ports, maritime service providers, classification societies, ESG/compliance teams, and maritime investors.

Beyond introductions, we are looking for someone who can strengthen the credibility of the team, open doors to relevant decision-makers, support early pilot and customer discussions, and contribute strategically to our commercial growth.

For the right individual, meaningful equity participation of up to 15% may be available, depending on the level of involvement, strategic contribution, long-term commitment, and overall fit.

For an exceptional candidate joining at co-founder or core-team level, there may also be an opportunity to acquire a portion of existing founder shares under exceptional terms and discounted share price relative to the company’s current pre-money valuation. Any such arrangement would be individually negotiated and subject to appropriate shareholder, legal, tax, vesting, and governance terms.
