Seeking Advisory Board Members for Maritime Climate-Tech Startup

Emission-Eye is a Finnish maritime climate-tech startup building real-time emissions monitoring, verification, and optimization infrastructure for ships.

We are looking to strengthen our advisory board with three high-impact advisors who can support our transition from TRL 6 MVP to vessel pilots, certification readiness, funding, and early commercialization.

We are especially interested in advisors with experience in one or more of the following areas:

1. Maritime Compliance, Regulation & Certification
Experience with EU MRV, EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, IMO decarbonization rules, ESG reporting, class approval, verification, audit processes, or maritime certification pathways. Background from classification societies, verification bodies, regulatory consultancies, or shipping compliance teams would be highly valuable.

2. Maritime Commercial Network & Pilot Access
Strong network among shipowners, fleet operators, technical managers, ports, maritime service providers, Greek/Nordic shipping networks, or blue economy organizations. We are looking for someone who can help open doors to pilot vessels, LOIs, customer introductions, and strategic partnerships.

3. Climate-Tech Growth, Fundraising & Go-to-Market
Experience in climate-tech, deep tech, B2B SaaS, industrial technology, fundraising, investor relations, pricing strategy, enterprise sales, or scaling startups from pilot stage to commercial traction.

Ideal advisors are people who can provide strategic guidance, credibility, introductions, and practical support as we build the intelligence layer for maritime decarbonization.
