The ALICE Brokerage Event 2026 is your opportunity to explore upcoming Horizon Europe funding calls, connect with potential partners, and shape the future of freight transport and logistics innovation.

The Brokerage Event is designed to support ALICE members and participants in:

• understanding the funding opportunities for 2026 and 2027

• linking their projects and ideas to funding opportunities for 2026-2027

• identifying and arranging consortia and accelerating the development of their R&I proposals

• engaging with stakeholders to communicate and disseminate their innovations and projects

• building connections across companies, ports and hubs, research, and innovation ecosystems in the field of freight transport and logistics.

This year, the ALICE Brokerage event is held in conjunction with the ALICE General Assembly. In the programme:

2 February, Monday,  12:30 - 18:30: ALICE General Assembly & networking (for ALICE Members only)
Free and open to all ALICE members, with no limit on the number of participants per organisation.

• Welcome lunch

• General Assembly (for ALICE Members only)

  • Overview of ALICE achievements in 2025

  • Presentation and seeking members' support on the ALICE Work Plan and budget for 2026

  • Update on European Policy and funding directions for 2028-2035 that will be shaping the European and ALICE playground for collaborative R&I

• Brokerage activities: 1 to 1 meetings (for ALICE Members only)

• Evening networking cocktail

3 February, Tuesday,  09:00 - 17:30: ALICE Brokerage Event 2026 (open for external audience with a fee)
ALICE Members receive free passes based on membership level.

• Presentation of Research & Innovation funding opportunities in 2026–2027 linked to freight transport and logistics

• Discussion tables to deep dive into call topics, pitching your project ideas, and sharing concepts and capabilities with your peers.

• Brokerage activities: 1-to-1 matchmaking meetings with other participants to find partners and build consortia.

• Networking opportunities throughout the day

Over two days, you will:

• Gain insights into Horizon Europe 2026–2027 calls

• Engage with stakeholders to communicate and disseminate your innovations and projects. Plan your exploitation activities.

• Link your current projects and ideas to funding opportunities ahead in Work Programmes 2025.

• Engage in discussion tables to explore call topics

• Participate in 1-to-1 brokerage meetings to build consortia
