Stryker Design Ltd is an innovative design firm specialising in providing cutting-edge solutions for businesses across various industries. With a team of highly skilled designers, engineers, and creative thinkers, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality and functional products that exceed customer expectations. Our goal is to collaborate closely with our clients, understanding their unique needs, translating them into extraordinary designs that help businesses thrive in today's competitive market. Stryker is an ambitious, UK based, technology developer SME business with vision. Our mission is to positively incentivise habitual drivers to move away from the addiction to congestion and pollution causing conventional width cars, vans, taxis/PHVs, right-sizing vehicle and batteries for 65-90% of one and two person road journeys. Option of tilting trailer and/or onboard cargo box can extend carrying capacity. Larger vehicles may be used for the remaining trips. An estimated 30% more urban deliveries per day may be made compared to small electric or ICE van. All the comfort, speed and convenience of cars, plus additional advantages of parking/congestion-busting, affordability and high centre of gravity tolerance with large diameter wheels for safety. To enable desirable ultra-narrow, parking and congestion-busting characteristics, whilst maintaining stability, safety and efficient momentum, a vehicle must tilt to adjust its centre-of-gravity, as cyclists, skiers, runners and horses lean when cornering. A new-generation family of frugal vehicle types is enabled by our high potential, unique, patent-granted, proprietary, scalable, modular platform automotive suspension, steering and drivetrain systems. As personal computers and smart-phones inclusively democratised communications, we do the same for Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs) by reducing known barriers, helping accelerate and unlock adoption of unfulfilled potential. Increased efficiency of resources and time, reduced road congestion, journey times, road rage, in-use and through-life GHG, CO2, NOx, SOx, PM10, PM2.5 emissions (including from brake and tyre wear) versus cars, vans and taxis. https://greenet-brokerage-event-2024.b2match.io/participants/66

About me

'Cargo bike width and congestion-busting agility, with small van capability, comfort and protection.'

'Automotive-Lite: Inclusive minimobility - liberating the road ahead'.

'Inclusive minimobility' (Copyright © Stryker Design Ltd. 2024).

SME developing road capable wheeled logistics platforms.

May help allow reduction in OEM average range emissions to avoid fines.

Our stated aim and differentiator, via an holistic 'from the ground up' approach to robot and vehicle architecture, is to ‘develop benchmark; space/time/load/power, ultra-efficient, in-use and through-life resource circular, range agnostic, fully enclosed, ZEV platforms from the ground up, NOT redesign legacy baseline vans, cars, taxis, quadricycles, cargo bikes/trikes for electric powertrains’.

This vision demonstrates strong potential to bring to market practical, affordable, flexible, AI/SDV and IoT V2X enabled robot and vehicle locomotion platform designs on existing road infrastructure.

Fifteen proprietary, granted patents for failsafe, robot/automotive suspension and steering systems enabling a nascent, new generation family of ultra-narrow, modular Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) platforms, helping unlock, accelerate and democratise ZEV uptake.

Physical load-balancing enables: 'Predictable centre of gravity (Cg) shifting and failsafe compensating, enables high Cg tolerance, with large diameter wheels for dynamic safety in all conditions' (Copyright © Stryker Design Ltd. 2025).

All the convenience of vans, plus additional advantages of parking/congestion-busting, affordability.

Solution logistics ambition: ‘Third way’ co-created hybrid autonomous unmanned options to help decongest and financially optimise UK and European civilian and defence 'last mile' delivery market, by reducing labour workforce, asset maintenance and cargo handling costs by 30% with 24/7 asset utilisation. Step change range agnostic, tailpipe emissions benefits for better health outcomes, via time/space/load/power efficiencies.

This may help understand what we are doing and why appropriate, predictable Cg shifting and compensating (not just tilting) is so important for safety and stability;
