Andy Poole

Andy Poole is a leader at the intersection of technology, education, and business. As Partnerships Director for Coursera for Campus, he partners with universities, colleges and Ministries of Education across Europe to drive digital transformation, leveraging technology like GenAI to enhance student employability and modernise learning. Before joining Coursera, he led recruitment and admissions at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and developed new programs, including a Postgraduate Diploma in AI for Business. His career is also rooted in the region, having spent nearly a decade at Macmillan Education, where he was Director for Central and Eastern Europe. Andy is passionate about harnessing technology to expand access to world-class education and create new pathways to opportunity.
