Manufacturers ready to put AI to work (not just to test it)

We're looking for industrial SMEs and mid-caps in Catalonia and Spain with a real operational pain: manual reporting eating 20+ hours/week, reactive maintenance, ERP and MES not talking, quality inspection bottlenecks, customer service overload, marketing without data segmentation, document classification done by hand.

If you can describe the pain in euros (hours lost, throughput missed, errors costing money), we can describe the AI solution in euros too. Embedded partnership model: monthly retainer or turnkey implementation with SLA. Strict GDPR compliance, EU data residency, on-prem deployment available with open-weight models (Gemma 4, Mistral, Qwen) when your data can't leave your premises. Spanish/Catalan contracts. ACCIÓ-accredited AI provider (Generalitat de Catalunya).

Model-agnostic stack: we don't lock you into Claude, Gemini, GPT or Mistral. The abstraction layer lets us pick the best model per use case, and switch when the market moves.

What we don't do: 6-month exploratory phases, pilots that never reach production, decks with no system behind them.
