This initiative aims to solve the structural rigidity and high operational costs (TCO) that hinder local innovation. By decoupling strategic design from technical execution, participants can focus on their core intellectual property while outsourcing production to a neutral, specialized foundry.

The project offers a validated framework for "Software Manufacturing" with a guaranteed reduction of 20-25% in execution costs. Through a secure "Pure Foundry" methodology, Vria provides elastic nearshore capacity that responds to real-time market demands without the burden of hiring or managing technical teams. The cooperation ensures 100% IP sovereignty through contractual protections and the use of synthetic data for GDPR-compliant AI training.
