This GRAPE MARC SPIRIT is a high-quality white distillate that can be enjoyed plain or can be mixed as a basis for special cocktails in contemporary mixology.

We vinify and distill separately the of low-yield grapes of an old vineyard over 65 years old. Due to the old age of the vineyard and the peculiarity of the place and the soil where the old roots of black muscat are planted, the grapes it produces have special and distinct citrus aromas, in addition to the usual floral aromas of the variety.

These aromas are isolated and highlighted in the special way of distillation, which is done with low intensity heat, taking strictly the middle part of the heart, interrupting at 67%vol.

Its limited production reaches 20.000 bottles per year.
