Β2Β FOOD&DRINKS EXPO 2025

Following the successful B2B matchmaking event held in 2024, the Federation of Industries of Greece (SVE), member of the Enterprise Europe Network – Hellas, in collaboration with TIF HELEXPO S.A., is pleased to co-organize the event for a second consecutive year, during the Food & Drinks International Expo by Detrop, taking place 14–16 November 2025 in Thessaloniki.

TIF-HELEXPO launches a new exhibition approach, strategically linking two key pillars of the tourism experience: hospitality and gastronomy. From November 14 to 16, 2025, at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Center, the sectoral exhibitions FOOD & DRINKS by Detrop and PHILOXENIA – HOTELIA will take place simultaneously, creating a shared exhibition space for professionals in the gastronomy, tourism and hotel industries.

This joint organization reflects the natural connection between the two sectors, which now more than ever operate in a complementary way. Enhancing the visitor experience, showcasing local production, and addressing the demand for innovative services and products all converge in a unified dialogue that inspires, informs, and evolves.

Visitors will have the opportunity to discover and capitalize on the synergies of a dynamic and integrated business environment, where hospitality meets gastronomy with the shared goal of high-quality tourism development.

The international Food & Drinks exhibition is the authentic successor of the Detrop & Oenos exhibitions, which, after concluding a nearly 50-year journey, makes way for a more modern form of organization for the food and beverage sector. It is the only certified international food and beverage exhibition in Greece according to the standards of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI).

The exhibition event will provide domestic and foreign producers with the opportunity to showcase their business profiles and expand their export activities through a targeted program of commercial contacts to attract international markets.
