About
The RWRK Collective is a fashion and costume sustainability consulting and education practice, founded by Natasha Zahodnik. We help fashion brands, stylists, costume departments, and industry organisations turn circularity, sourcing, product information, and sustainability ambitions into practical studio- and production-level action.
Our work connects the realities of design, materials, production, styling, sample use, garment care, and communications with wider goals around circular design, transparency, textile-waste reduction, and responsible practice. We support teams through tailored consulting, workshops, training, and practical tools designed to work within real creative, commercial, and production constraints.
The RWRK Collective works with organisations and practitioners across fashion and screen production who want to build more durable, transparent, and circular ways of working—without relying on generic checklists or corporate-scale systems.
