Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t know the number of participants in advance.

No problem, since we don’t invoice until after your event is over. In case you need a fixed price beforehand, simply estimate the number of participants and our offer will be based on your estimation.

When will you send me an invoice?

Usually, we’ll send your invoice within 1-2 weeks after the event is over. If you need it sooner, we can of course send it any time you like.

Do Enterprise Europe Network partners get discounts?

Yes. Please contact us for you are an EEN member.

Do I have to go for the b2match Plus?

If any of the following cases apply to you, we highly recommend opting for the b2match Plus Package: 

  • You are a first time user/This is your first matchmaking event.
  • You need special assistance or intensive support prior, during and after the event.
  • You have a complex participants setup.
  • You have more than 300 participants.
