Number of Possible Meetings

How many bilateral meetings can a participant have?

Participants can request and have as many meetings as the total number of time-slots in the sessions that they chose during registration (or at a later stage, by editing their attendance).

For example, if a participant chose the morning session from 10 to 12 (with a meeting length of 20 minutes, as set by the organizer), the participant will be able to request 6 meetings.

Irrespective of the status of the meetings, the total number of meetings will still be the number of time-slots in the session. Depending on the scheduling mode and the request mode set by the organizer, the status of the meetings can be Waiting for confirmation (waiting to be accepted/rejected) or automatically accepted.
