The participants can easily book a hotel room online via our website, if the event organizer added this option to the event settings.
First, the participant needs to register for the event. In the participant dashboard, when clicking on Accommodation, the list of the available hotels is displayed. By clicking on Book, the participant can make a reservation.
After choosing the hotel, the participant needs to select the arrival and departure dates from the dropdown menu. Here, the participant also has the possibility to add a writing note whether they have any special requests.
The total price of the booked hotel room will be displayed at the bottom of the window. By clicking on Make Reservation, the participant will book the room.
After making the reservation, the participant will also have the possibility to cancel it by simply clicking on Cancel Reservation.
The system will ask the participant to confirm the cancellation of the reservation.
