On the event website, go to Meetings tab.
My meetings view displays the meetings that the Company Manager booked for themselves.
From the drop down menu, you can choose to display all the meetings of the company representatives, Click on the name of the organization, which is under My meetings in the drop down menu.
The Company Manager is able to manage all the meetings of its company representatives. After choosing the company name in the drop down menu, all the representatives' meetings will be displayed per participant.
The Company Manager is able to change the company representative in a specific meeting by clicking on Change representative and picking a different representative. Then, the meeting will be moved to the representative chosen in the Change representative drop down menu.
