Ensuring That Your Emails Are Delivered

One of the most important assets you have in the email world is the reputation of the sender. If the sender has a bad reputation, it is most likely that the email will never reach the recipient. At b2match we reserve a considerable amount of resources to ensure that we have a good sender reputation and that your emails and email notifications are delivered to your participants.

How do we do it?

  1. We use 3rd party service that allows us to control and monitor the delivery of emails sent from our systems.
  2. All emails are sent from a pool of dedicated IP addresses. We monitor the traffic and reputation of these addresses automatically. We send around 100.000 emails per month with a constant delivery rate at 99%.
  3. We use appropriate authentication methods with your email (SPF, DKIM, DomainKeys, SenderID). This is necessary to ensure that Email Services Providers (ESPs) accept the emails and not mark them as Spam.

Using your own domain

Depending on your setup, all your emails will be sent from either @b2match.io or @m.b2match.io

We also offer the ability to use your own domain as sender (E.g. info@your-org.com) which requires some additional configuration on your DNS. Please contact our support to assist you with details.

Whitelisting

IP whitelisting is when you grant explicit network access only to specific IP addresses. In very rare cases it might be necessary to whitelist our IP address on your system. Please contact our Customer Success service for a list of currently used IP addresses.
