Keo Sar

Keo Sar is a Cambodian-American entrepreneur, advisor, and angel investor with over a decade of experience scaling technology startups and building innovation ecosystems. He has held senior leadership roles across sales, operations, and strategic growth at U.S.-based startups, contributing to multiple high-growth outcomes - one IPO, two unicorns, an acquisition.

Keo currently serves as Regional Director of Sales for EMEA/APAC at TrueNAS, a U.S. data storage and infrastructure company, and is based in Cambodia. He actively supports emerging ecosystems across Cambodia, the Western Balkans, and beyond—delivering workshops and mentorship through roles as Entrepreneur-in-Residence and ecosystem advisor, spanning Europe and Southeast Asia.

As an angel investor, his thesis centers on founders with high fortitude and consistent execution, targeting companies that solve meaningful access challenges with clear vertical differentiation. His portfolio spans HRTech, Fintech, HealthTech, and Quantum Computing.
