Margret advocates for mother-child care innovations, envisioning 90% of jaundice cases comforted naturally in parents’ arms.
My organisation
Bilihome is a maternal and infant health company that aims to turn suboptimal clinical care into uncompromised natural care at home. Their focus is on newborn jaundice management, a common condition that causes yellowing of the skin and eyes in infants. Bilihome’s transfers the phototherapy into a newborn romper as a wearable solution, allowing babies to recover naturally in the right environment. The wearable device can be worn during breastfeeding, skin-to-skin contact, and even when the baby is carried around. Their innovative approach earned them the Red Dot Award Best of the Best for a groundbreaking concept design.
