CASCINA GALLETTO di Perrone Fabio

The Perrone family for three generations leads with pride and passion a wine estate of approx. 19 hectares of vineyards located on the steep hills of Valdivilla, in the municipality of Santo Stefano Belbo, Piemonte, an area that has always been vocated for the production of Moscato d'Asti.

Founded by the grandfather Mario in the 70s, the company grows together with his son Mauro with whom they begin to produce the first bottles. Fabio, following the same steps as his grandfather and father, after attending the Oenological school of Alba, became part of the company in the early years of 2000, supported always  by his parents Mauro and Bruna and sister Sabrina.

The main production is focused on Moscato but other typical wines are produced in smaller quantities of the Langhe DOC and DOCG.

The management of the vineyard is carried out with commitment and with maximum respect for the environment, trying to obtain for the grapes, the best possible quality. The Perrone family takes care of the entire production cycle, starting from the cultivation and processing of the vineyard to the transformation and packaging of the wine.
