Campi Flegrei DOP Piedirosso wine

Piedirosso wine or "per' e palummo" from the Campi Flegrei, so called because of the shape and color of the stems that resemble pigeon legs, is a native vine of very ancient origins, cultivated on a free-range basis. It is one of the highest expressions viticulture of the area, with mineral notes that recall the volcanic nature of the area. It has sparse clusters and thick skin.
