About
This bitter liqueur is made from an infusion of over thirty ingredients, including citrus fruits, roots, and herbs, with Pipernia predominating, lending it a unique aftertaste. Pipernia is also a key ingredient in our local dish, "Rabbit Ischia Style," and differs from traditional thyme by growing in a cascade with larger leaves, releasing intense and exceptional aromas.
Questo amaro e' ottenuto dall'infusione di oltre trenta ingredienti tra agrumi, frutta, radici ed erbe tra cui prevale la Pipernia, cedendo un retrogusto unico. Quest'ultima caratterizza anche il nostro piatto locale ''Il coniglio all'ischitana'' e si differenzia dal classico timo crescendo a cascata con delle foglie piu' grandi rilasciando aromi intensi ed eccezionali.
