A classic method sparkling wine made from Piedirosso grapes.
Paloma was born from the desire of a new generation to test themselves with a winemaking process atypical for the Campi Flegrei region. The method used is the Champenoise method, which involves eighteen months of maturation on the lees and twelve months of bottle aging after disgorgement.
