Barolo D.O.C.G. “Riva Rocca”

Barolo "Riva Rocca" has been produced since 1995 in the Verduno area.

The exposure of our vineyard is to the south and the age of the plants exceeds 50 years.

The yield of grapes in the vineyard is approximately one kilo per plant; while the total production is 4000 bottles for each hectare. The grapes,

after being harvested at the end of October, it ferment for two weeks in steel with temperature control.

The wine thus obtained is placed in French barriques for 24 months, followed by 12 months in large barrels.
