P&Q is a Polish engineering and delivery company operating in the energy and industrial sectors,

specialising in the comprehensive execution of turnkey projects. We design, build, integrate and

commission energy and industrial facilities, combining engineering, construction and operational

competencies within one coherent investment process.

We support our clients throughout the entire investment lifecycle – from site analysis and the development

phase, through design, obtaining administrative permits and grid connection conditions, EPC execution,

and finally operation, modernisation and decommissioning of installations. We operate in a transparent

and partnership-based manner, minimising technical, regulatory and financial risks while increasing the

predictability of the overall process.

Scope of Activities and Competencies

P&Q offers a full spectrum of services for the renewable energy sector and power infrastructure,

particularly in the areas of:

• onshore and offshore wind farms (WF),

• utility-scale photovoltaic installations (PV),

• energy storage systems (BESS),

• power substations and HV/MV networks,

• hybrid renewable energy projects (WF+PV+BESS).

We deliver projects under Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) and Balance of Plant (BoP)

models, ensuring technical integration, supply chain coordination, quality and schedule control, and

compliance with local and international standards.

Asset Management and Operations

A key element of P&Q’s activity is comprehensive management of energy and industrial assets. We provide

O&M services, including 24/7 monitoring, maintenance, emergency response, performance reporting and

regulatory compliance. These services are complemented by our proprietary ETA (SCADA) system,

enabling centralised data management, process visualisation and informed operational decision-making

based on reliable data.

Scale and Experience

P&Q is a team of over 180 specialists operating from three offices in Poland. The company has experience

in the design and delivery of several gigawatts of capacity in wind energy, photovoltaics and energy storage,

as well as in managing hundreds of megawatts of operational assets. P&Q projects are delivered for

international investors and infrastructure funds in Poland and across European markets.
