• Specialized welding services for steel structures and pipelines, including both prefabrication and on-site/offshore welding under IWE/IWI supervision. 

• Manufacturing and assembly of structures (ECX 4) and pipelines for different systems depending on Industry needs. 

• NDT services, where we perform advanced inspections using diverse techniques like: VT, PT, MT, UT, UT-TOFD, UT-PA (as Monopile Weld Check Service and Blade Crack/Defect Findings). 

• Certified by IRATA, our rope access team performs repairs, welding, and inspections at height in difficult-to-reach areas, including rigging services. 

• Protective coatings and anti-corrosion treatments acc. offshore requirements under internal FROSIO supervision. 

We manage complex projects from planning, RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) to completion, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and meet client requirements.  

Our frame agreements with OWF operators include modifications of boat-landing, topside welding, repairs on monopiles, inspections of steel structures and anti-corrosion protection. We deliver high-quality solutions that meet rigorous standards and requirements for on/offshore wind turbines and transformer stations. 

Alpin Weld maintains an integrated management system based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 3834-2 : 2021, what proves our quality and safety awareness on provides services. Additionally certified within EN 1090-1:2009/A1:2011 EXC 1,2,3,4 for steel structures and NoBo approval for offshore works and repairs helps to execute offshore wind projects smoothly and successfully.
