ABSL NORTH MACEDONIA

ABSL North Macedonia — the Association of Business Service Leaders in North Macedonia — is an independent, non-governmental and non-profit organization representing and advancing the country’s business services ecosystem.

ABSL brings together companies and stakeholders from Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Shared Services Centers (SSC), Research & Development (R&D), and the wider digital services sector. Its mission is to strengthen North Macedonia’s position as a competitive outsourcing, technology and innovation hub in the Western Balkans.

The association works as a platform for business networking, knowledge exchange, industry advocacy, workforce development, research, investment promotion and international cooperation. It connects the private sector with government institutions, universities, international organizations and other ecosystem partners to address industry challenges and create new opportunities for growth.

ABSL North Macedonia also promotes the country internationally as a destination for business services and digital transformation, while creating opportunities for local companies to connect with international markets, investors and the broader ABSL network.

Through conferences, meet-ups, business missions, research, partnerships and sector-focused initiatives, ABSL North Macedonia aims to contribute to a stronger, more innovative and internationally connected business environment.
